Reviews and Ratings
I had a brief yet delightful stay at this hotel while on my way to the Kurobe Alpine Route. It's less than a 10-minute walk from the JR Toyama Station, making it extremely convenient. The rooms were spacious and well kept, and I really appreciated the helpful staff who went out of their way to assist me, including giving me a complimentary tram ticket. However, the Wi-Fi only being available in the lobby was a bit of a drawback. Overall, it was a great value for the price I paid.
This hotel offers a solid option for travelers seeking value for money, with a prime location near the Toyama train station. The rooms are larger than typical for Japan, but they could use a thorough cleaning and some updates. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the service was quite accommodating. Overall, it's a great stopover hotel, though cleanliness could be improved.
I had a pleasant stay at the Grand Terrace Hotel. The room was spacious and offered nice views, and the facilities were great, including a cozy café in the lobby. However, the lack of English-speaking staff made communication a bit tricky at times. While the overall experience was good, I did find the dining options somewhat limited for non-Japanese speakers.
I stayed with a group in this hotel for an international event, and we had a wonderful time overall. The hotel was impressively clean with friendly staff who worked hard to overcome any language barriers. The breakfast views were a highlight, although there could be more variety in food options. The rooms were comfortable but somewhat outdated, and the air conditioning didn’t function very well. Still, I would recommend it for its great location and value for money.
I stayed at this hotel as part of a larger group for an International Karate tournament, and we had a great experience. The clean and comfortable rooms were a highlight, and the breathtaking views from the breakfast lounge were unforgettable. The friendly staff made the stay enjoyable, although there were some minor issues like the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms and the need for a bit of an upgrade in some areas. Overall, it was a fantastic value considering the affordable price including breakfast.
